Not received statement for 2021 membership renewel.

As of February 2, 2019 I have not received my annual renewal invoice for the year of 2021. I know the Santa Barbara California gym is currently closed. Membership number is GO80629. Could you get me my statement for the year 2021. Thanks, Tim
