We purchased a new home and we purchased two bedroom sets along with living room sofa and a sectional. While we're in the store we spoke with a gentleman that was a designer that helped us to a disaster of a mess. He told us what side to buy the sectional for our living room. When delivery came the drivers did not open boxes just made me sign bc they were behind on the delivery. When bringing the furniture into the living room we noticed that the short end of the sectional was on the wrong side. When calling customer care they refuse to help in exchanging it for the right side. I went the store and not only spoke with the store manager but with the general manager that was in the store that evening. I was told I was stuck with it after spending $5k in their store and still was looking forward to complete my home with their furniture. Im extremely disappointed
