Not posting my car payment

I made my car payment on time on 9-10-19 in which it was due on 9-15-19. When I saw after a week the payment didn't go through, I called them on 9-19-19 to be told by a Rep they had the payment but it did not process yet. Verified all my info, all was correct was told to call back in 24 hrs. Called back in 24 hrs 9-20-19 spoke to another Rep was told the same, verified info again, not yet processed. Asked to speak to a Supervisor. Spoke to Supervisor was told the same the payment was there the info was correct will send to another office to investigate and to call back in 2 days to see if resolved. Called back 2 days later 9-24-19, spoke to another Rep to be told the same thing again about my payment and to call back in 2 days. Called back this morning 9-27-19 and spoke to another Rep and Supervisor to be told the same thing and again for the 5th time verified all my info and was told that after they research this again for the 5th time I will receive a phone call from them with the results. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS BANK!!! This is not the first payment I had made on this and it was always processed 2 to 3 business days in the past. I have had this loan since 2016. Their automated system keeps telling me the payment is due and now there is a late fee applied. But 5x's I have been told no late fee will be added, my credit will be fine and it will be back dated to the 10th when the payment was made. Why does this take 18 days to resolve this matter? Very frustrated and stressed with this bank. Worse customer service I have ever seen. Can't understand how they have my money and info and payment has not been processed for 18 days. NIGHTMARE!!!. I am going to do some research to look into transferring this car loan to another bank as I am done with the incompetence of this one.
