Not poor customer service. No service at all

We were promised a second key fob with the purchase of our 2015 Lexus from David Maus. David Maus uses a third party individual to provide key fobs. This should not have been a problem. I was told I was to meet him at a Sanford area car dealer on a Monday as that is his Sanford day. It quickly became evident that it would be my job to chase him. We agreed on a day that he would be in Sanford and I would drive the Lexus in order to meet him. After not hearing from him I sent him a text at 4:10 PM. He responded "I was in the area today waiting for your call". Again; my job to chase and beg. I am not good at either. I did meet him one day. After several attempts he was unable to program the new fob and promised to order new ones. I made it clear that the Lexus is my wife's car and not my daily drive. I would need to know when he received the fobs in order to make certain ( I made it clear) that I would drive the Lexus from my home in Titusville when he felt he could help me. He did not reach out to me but OVER AND OVER AND OVER I sent text messages asking if he had the key. A sampling of his responses are below. Not one text that was not in response to me begging for an answer. "I took the day off to do my inventory, let's try again next Monday," "Mu phone gets turned off Friday night and turned on Monday morning"*** my note... would it have been impossible to inform me of his intentions prior to his phone being magically turned off?. "I'm in Sanford I'll be at Ford in about 15 minutes". ** my note... I have no problem meeting him but I have a demanding job and do not sit in a vehicle all day waiting to find out where someone wants me to go.Interesting note that I asked three of my employees where Ford in Sanford is located no one knew. This includes an employee who purchased a new ford a few months ago.... My job to figure it out and rush to "FORD"?? 37 total text messages Interesting marking plan to have me tour all the local dealerships while attempting to have a fob programmed. I called my salesman Steve. While his answer was professional in its essence it was no one else has a problem and this is our process.
