Not paid for my car after 3-1/2 weeks

I sold my car to Vroom and they paid of the balance to my bank and I have not received my equity of $8400.00 waiting for 3-1/2 weeks no check! I was told I would get the money in 2-3 days after they got the car on the 24th of June. They wont let me speak to a manager. Horrible experience! User's recommendation: Never sell a car to Vroom.
