Not open.

I made 36 mile round trip to find the U.S. Cellular in Atlantic, Iowa for a new phone and it was NOT open their posted hours. The web site say 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday. I arrived at 9:00 and waited until 10:00 for some one to open the business.
