Not managed properly. They are not equipped for the demand and the new tenant and current tenant suffers. Too many lost keys and too much time waiting on new ones. Washer line busted on an evening and the emergency contact was not answering. The wash room literally flooded and lost a lot of water. The tenants are how that cost is covered. I would not recommend moving here but if I don't they will raise my rent! The upkeep is decent. Rules are not enforced so there is a lot of dog *** everywhere and shrubs are poorly taken care of. They started closing the recreational room where the laundry recharge machine is but still claim 24 hour laundry. This is how they manage the grounds.
