Drove to summit at 0910 very few customers (5-8). I spoke to Ricardo and needed a slip yoke for the transmission I just bought 3 days ago from Summit. I gave Ricardo all info I had on trans. He asked me how many splines, how long did I need and went into a one minute tirade of all lengths. I again told him about the trans I just bought from Summit. He said sorry I need to find the length and spline count before he could help. I then asked for a dip stick for same trans and he wanted me to buy the $86 dollar one vs. $26 I went the 80 mile round trip not happy. I called Summit sales spoke to Lenord and with in 3 min he had all of the information and part numbers I needed. So now instead of 80 mile round trip it will be 160 mile round trip. with gas at $3 a gallon I wish Ricardo would have spent just another two minutes at least trying to help.
