Not implementing CARES i’n a timely manner

I applied for the loan forbearance on May 1st and I received an email saying that the request was submitted to the loss mitigation team. I never received a response so on June 1st. I called and submitted another request and I was approved for the loan forbearance program however because May was not included I'm now being reported as delinquent I originally applied applied in a timely manner in May so I'm trying to resolve this such that the loan is not reported as delinquent. I can't get a call back. Any ideas?
