A manufacturer's defect resulted in water damage. The Denali trailer was brought to the dealership where it was discovered that the awning and drain spout were improperly installed at the factory. This resulted in water wicking in and delaminating the flooring. This was all reported under warrenty and we received a voice mail saying that Keystone "will not participate" in honouring their warranty. We have not yet received an explanation. Perhaps it is time to lawyer up.
