not honoring platinum for life

See attachment: KLM refuses to honor the notice they sent. We have been over this many times and they've basically called me a lair when I stated my qualification for Platinum For Life using their notices. They demanded "proof" as if I was a liar. I supplied the proof, below, and they still are in denial. Have they no shame? Have they no respect for their loyal clients?
