Not Happy with purchase

I purchased a dress that doesnt fit me the way I thought it would. Being that I am not happy with my purchase I wish to receive a full refund. I am in need a return label for UPS to return the item to Lord and Taylor thanking you for your service. User's recommendation: Make sure you know how the return policy works.
