Not happy with new format

I have been a member for 14 years. The new format is horrible, difficult to navigate, and they want you to purchase more gems. I pay $40 per year and with the new format I am finding they want me to buy more gems to go to the next level. The new format is not user friendly I believe it is ABUSER FRIENDLY.
