Not happy with my supposedly superior system

I got a new American standard heat pump and handler in 2016. My townhouse only uses electricity. My bills are twice as much as adjoining neighbors. My system runs every 5 minutes on auxiliary heat. And I keep my temperature down to 62 degrees. Im cold. I have 2 heating companies come out and no one can figure out why I think my system is a lemon. What can I do ?
