Not happy with entire shopping trip

I ordered a new transmitter for my Dexcom G6 on Feb 26, 2021. Their excuse for not sending it was no Rx from Doctor, Doctor's off said they have sent the Rx several times. Today Edgepark said they need specific written order. Either I am not understanding or they are numbskulls. Because of my insurance I can not get my supplies elsewhere. I just want to SCREAM !!! User's recommendation: Go somewhere if at all possible. These people don't give a damn about you.
