Not happy with customer service.

Ordered sanitizers on April 13th to be delivered on April 22. At this date I have not received anything I have tried calling customer service and waiting on the phone at least half hour every time I’m calling. I truly believe no one is available to answer any phone calls.I have already been charged which I have deducted that portion off my bill as I am not going to pay for something I did not get delivered. Despite shop HQ has not informed me of any delays or any problems that may have to do with delivery. I have not had this is unacceptable behavior from any of the other shopping channels.
