Not happy bought this about 6 months ago and went to use it the other day and the straw inside that takes the perfume out fell in.

The straw inside of bottle fell inside. So now i cannot get the cologne out of the almost full bottle. Would like a new bottle please. Maybe a answer back this time or a call at 249979****. I am on disability and cant afford to buy stuff and it break on me when its still full.
