NOT Good!!!! Dealer did not return my calls
THE Kirby I purchased fail. the bolt broke and I called the dealer for a replacement. Called several times on the second day that's when it broke! NO REPLY!!! Called back the next day still no reply. What's Up with that your company is MUD for not having better customer service and so are your dealers! I DON'T want a replacement I want out of this contract. No one should be treated like was with care like I'm not important the company seems to be all about sells and nothing else!!!!! I will not be one of your fans!!!!! after that the Kirby would not even vacuum the carpet I was shampooing the carpet when the bolt broke. I don't want to pay for that OVER PRICED vacuum that's not even working but I hope others won't have to go through what I did!!!! Shame on you for not caring about your customers more. I won't be singing your praises to anyone! I was a sell and nothing more the dollar rules forget good customers service I guess that's asking for far too much!!!! REGINA D. Springfield TN
