Hallo, I have had an account with ACOP since more than 4 years. I was getting surveys more or less rarely, but payment was prompt at all times. Since about 3 mo I haven't received any surveys, but unfortunately my account has a good balance, payment should be due, enventually. When trying to get in contact with their German Service, I didn't get an answer at all, logging in on the America website is not possible, because I am no member here.
