Not getting proper response from GOOGLE PAY

On the 19/11/2020 i did a transaction of Rs.615/- this amount is debited from my account but has not being credited in recipient account. I even called google pay customer care then to no response even i mailed my transaction ID, screenshot of google pay app transaction and deducted bank account statement. It has being more than 10 days i haven't got my money back. Pathetic service by GOOGLE PAY app.

If you are actual Representative of Google Pay you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
