I have been going in circles with the SSA. Can't seem to get something as simple as a letter from them to send them $s. Sounds crazy. You would think they would bend over backward to get money WE owe them but that's not the case here. I don't think some are not trained, just thrown in the mix and go with it. I'm so tired of taking off of work, calling in to take care of just to get a letter. It' been over four months dealing with this. I would love to pay them and move on BUT I need the letter!!!... The problem was I went over the amount to be earned got 2017. And I'm the one who went to them to tell them this. They send wronge letter to boot and wronge amount.
