Yesterday around 6:10 pm I withdrew $ 800 from pnc with my wisely card as usual. the ATM address is 8661 colesville road MD. the receipt came out but not the money and i went inside the bank they told me there was nothing they could do because i used the wisely card but not the PNC's. so i called customer service wisely they told me there was nothing they could do too. I have to pay my bills it's my work money. how do I do? 800 Dollars is a lot. really disappointed with wisely card. they could just call PNC to fix the problem quickly. smh
