Hello, I bought 1 ticket from Frankfurt to Ahmedabad via Delhi. Due to COVID, Air India has cancelled the flight. They promised to refund my full amount. I bought at ticket from Tripair. So, Air India suggested to ask for refund to Tripair. But, Tripair is neither respond to me on email or call for refund money. Tripair's service is very poor to contact and get my money back. Please refund my money back. User's recommendation: no one should buy air ticket from Tripair.
