Not getting a refund

I joined eharmony in 2020 October during the Covid pandemic. the pandemic escalated with a second and third wave causing a closure of boarders and no international flights in and out of Trinidad the island on which i live. This made the prospect of finding a match very impossible as no man would want to start a relationship with me since they know they would not be able to physically meet atleast for a few months. As a result i have gotten no messages since January 2021 and i am paid up until June 2021. I have aked repeatedly for a refund since i have not received the service for which i paid and eharmony is adamant that i cannot get any money back. these are unusul circumstances and i think i should be refunded something. i have totally wasted my time.
