not fulfilling their promises/specials

These are my experiences with the Spar in Graskop, Mpumalanga. Time and time again their shelves run short of their specials. This time it is Nescafe Classic coffee advertised for R59, 99( as seen on TV), it's been a week now. I am told that it is a problem of Nescafe South Africa, not being able to deliver, which i do not believe. This happens far too many times at this store.
