I had a brand new product sealed in a box and indicated 9.81kg as the gw on the box. Sent the parcel via QXpress to a buyer (bought the 10kg option) but was told by the company that the product weights 10.03kg so as me to pay extra $4. I tried emailing them and even provide screenshot of the weight but was rejected and insist that I pay the extra for the 30g else they will not send out the parcel. Pissed off. First and last time using their service
