I called this company to fix a computer. The representative asked me if I wanted one or four hours. I am not technical and had no idea how much time I would need. I asked him if I went for a four hour bloc, would I need to pay for it all if I did not use it. He said no. The tech came and used nothing but a screw driver and said it was fixed in ten minutes. I paid 99 dollars and again asked if I had to pay for the other three hours. He told me no. Three hours after the tech left the computer was not working. I called the company again and was told that if the computer was working when the tech left, then the matter was closed. I kept calling until they said they'd send out the tech again but he never came. I called their 800 number to complain. The representatives were very rude to me and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she would say whatever they did. I got her eventually and she actually screamed at me. I want to be reimbursed for the three hours I did not use and was told I would not have to pay for. This company is running a terrible scam and I so much wish I had checked them out before I picked up the phone to call them.
