I purchased this Home Service Guys deal thru Groupon to clean my vents and washer vent. They scheduled a month out, no big deal. The guy showed up and worked on teh vents. I made sure all were free and accessible. He looked at my coupon to confirm I had the dryer vent deal. I did not realize until I was going thru to re-open the vents that were left closed that he missed two of them. Suddenly I realized he had not done my dryer vent either. I called the number on my coupon, but alas, no asnwer. I hit zero for operator and only got a building operator that is not employed by them and had no way to reach them. After complaining to Groupon, they did call me back and made an appointment to come finish, but they never showed up and I have been unnable to reach them thru their website or thru the phone since. It's been over a month now and still not done my dryer or finished the vents missed. Funny that they have put a password on the "customer comment" page so people can't leave comments, I wonder WHY!!!!?!?!? Obviously I'm not the only complaint. I would not recommend them at all.
