When we went to rent the RV the one we saw was very clean and everything worked. The one we actually got was in terrible shape and filthy. Please see attached list and photo. I called when the AC stopped working and was told to call someone to service it and if was over $75 I would need to call corporate for approval. I called for service and thought I should call corporate and give them s heads up and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes I left my number and never received a return call. All in all it was a terrible experience and I will never use Cruise America again. Further more I will share my experience with everyone I know!
