It may keep your drinks hit or cold but the main lid doesnt seal closed . The second you take a drink it leaks everywhere . Its as if they put a stopper on the bottle so that the lid will not close fully . Ive exchanged it twice thinking mine was just defective and all three bottles have the same issue of not being able to close all the way and leaking everywhere . This item is complete trash
