Not even disfunctional.

As an internet service provider in 2019, it should be a company's job to provide a service that can at least maintain connectivity for long periods as well as offering a competitive speed. This company does neither AND has a customer support problem the likes of which only rivals Hughesnet for worst possible experience. I'm not sure how they stay in business beyond holding a tight fisted grip on rural areas as they've formed a pseudo monopoly on these areas and continuously shirk their responsibility to the community they claim to want to build by delivering a service that does not function at all. Saying that it is comparable to a job trying to keep your own service working is an understatement and their customer service and tech support are lazy and unhelpful as well. I've now been waiting two months for service to improve and after finally calling and threatening to report them to the BBB and file a law suit for breach of contract, they've finally agreed to send a technician out to diagnose the problem. This is unacceptable on all levels and should not be tolerated. I will be talking to my local government about turning the lines over to a more reputable service provider in the near future, hopefully we can put Internet Cartels like these down for good some day as they're predatory and unprofessional business practices hold no place in today's world.
