Not engineer set up broadband

I was have an appointment with an engineer to set up my broadband today, and he didn't arrive. I have been more than 2 weeks without internet waiting for the installation. What happening? How much I have to wait to just have an internet? What's going on? Nobody didn't send me a message about what's happened... User's recommendation: Please update a customer all the time.
