Called they did not return my call paid for a service plan. Called on the day of appointment ,they told me someone was on there way. No one showed up waited all day. This is not the first time this happened. When my plan expires I will not renew with them. They are expensive anyway. I have been with them since 2010. I guess I finally woke up. Every time they do come , They tell me I always need something done, I feel they take advantage of senior woman.
