Not delivered parcel

I have been sent a parcel with LT54065****NL tracking number. This shipment has not been delivered because the offices in Lisbon are closed for covid and although the address is correct, as there was nobody opening the main door, it is returned as ''wrong Adress'' . I am trying to contact CTT to change the delivery address but their system does not accept your tracking code of LT54065****NL. Can you change the delivery address of the parcel as: Dr. Teoman Ulas Rua Marques da Silva No 26 Apt 2 esq. 117*-140 Lisboa - Lisbon - Portugal Tel :+351 964****95 User's recommendation: They don’t respond queries at all. Avoid them if you can.
