I purposedly called them to have it delivered on my grandson's birthday which they agreed to do but then delivered it a week early. I was given a 20% off coupon which I do not intend to use. I was very unhappy with them and do not intend to use them again. I have used them for many years but was unhappy with customer service User's recommendation: good expensive merchandise but poor customer service.
