Not counting payments made a year ago

In 2007, I took out a loan for $3, 500. Last year, I paid $2, 595 (in May of 2009) and another $50 (in December of 2009). I have receipts for both. Wachovia had my total amount due listed at about $855. Now, when ACS took my loan, some funny things happened. ACS listed this on their website: ORIGINAL LOAN AMOUNT $3, 500.00 LAST AMOUNT PAID $2, 595.00 OUTSTANDING BALANCE $3, 461.30 When I click on the $2, 595, all they show is the more recent $50 payment. Any suggestions for how to deal with this incompetent loan service? I sent them an e-mail; it's Memorial Day today. I'll call them tomorrow.
