House of Beauty is operating outside the law by taking payments in their website and never filling or shipping orders. They don't respond to emails and they don't ever answer the phone. They will not refund. This is illegal. They should not be allowed to continue. Their website needs to be shut down. I have to spend my time filing complaints with the Pennsylvania BBB and the Pennsylvania Attorney General just to recoup the money they have fraudulently taken from me. "Orders usually ship next day"??? What a joke. I've been waiting for 3 weeks and others are waiting months. You can't lie and misrepresent and stay in business House of Scammers.
