Not canceling my membership

I signed up for membership in Feb.2020. I told them that I'm signing up for only a year. I wanted to pay it right out ,but they insisted to get my account number. Now its March 15th 2021 and they charged my account again. I'm 72 years old and I feel that I'm being taken???Manager At the office was very rood with me!! It is Fit4Less at the Devonshire Mall on Howard Ave. Miro
