I was bought a tissot watch for my wife, so sad after 2 years the crown has broken. I go to service center and they told me i need to pay for the replacement. I guess tissot watch qaulity is not good. The parts are easily been broken. I learn for my experience not to buy tissot anymore. Same other brand (swatch) i have experience with the same problem crown broken. They change my watch to a brand new without any question. Now i learned by my experience, not to buy expensive watch anymore.
