Not being paid fair amount

Stop advertising sales in your store if you’re not going to give them .... the Alto pods were supposed to be 9.99 with rewards card... I went down to the Stanleytown Ba store 2x’s in one week and never received my discount... the cashier said well we don’t have a register like they do at dollar general so I can’t change the price.... so I paid 14.21 both times User's recommendation: Upgrade your registers or stop advertising sales that you can’t accommodate.
