Not being given points for stays 4 and 6 months ago.

I am a Diamond Member which is their highest level. I stayed at their properties in the beginning of January and the beginning of March. I didn't get points for either stay. I have called and emailed several times. Each time we are told it will be fixed until my call today. Today I was told it was because of COVID-19 although our complaints started in February. How did the Pandemic affect that issue. I am being lied to and given the run around. I will be using my Marriot Bonvoy program exclusively moving forward. User's recommendation: Do not use Wyndham Rewards Program. No matter how often you travel and how loyal, you will still be lied to and cheated.
