This company sells the franchises to just about anyone if you have the $$$ the most incompetent people! they are money hungry and all they care about is sending someone with a pulse to your loved ones homes to LIVE IN or daily care. they brag on the brochure that the caregivers are given competency test to assure they are qualified but its a dumb -simple multiple choice guess test that a 10 yr old could pass just by guessing. and if you can watch a video, fill out the application - they will hire you - they are desperate to get workers to work for below standard wages just to fill the spot so they wont turn away business. I was repulsed by the way this company operates. I have standards and NEVER would I use them to get care for the people I love= EVER
