Not at all impressed with this supposed service as I can’t get any questions answered. Expected to fork out $2,000 based om presentations where my questions aren’t answered and its always urgent

Get a hold of customer service and all they are is order takers. User's recommendation: Not very user friendly and expect you to sign up for thousands of dollars without questions being answered.
