Not answering call for carryout

Everytime we try to call in for carryout they never answer..and i have to go by the restaurant just to order..i can understand if they are busy but it be less than 2 cars in parking lot..My parents and i love Fatz meals but can never get to order because they wont answer our call..Its very frustrating..A very dissapponted Customers..please fixed this problem..Thx
