Not an easy service to work with

I used a Groupon for year service. They registered the wrong one. we wanted salt, got fresh water. 11 months later I get a charge for renewing it. I never agreed. I tried to sign in and it said no email existed. it did, it was the one they sent the bill too. I tried to set up account, when I did the web site would not load on any server I had. I will be disputing the charge. I used a Groupon, but had to charge a ONE dollar to activate it. That is how LTB got my credit card and they just set up auto renew without telling the customer.
