Bought the 12x20x8 peaked roof model at a local specalty retailer. All parts and pieces were packed neatly and well organized, nothing was missing. The instructions seem overly simplified, not too hard to follow if you have a little mechanical ability. I would have liked a larger font. I would suggest that you have a grinder handy. Fully 1/3 of the poles had to be ground down in order to fit into the pipes. If your model comes with base feet for the middle set of poles, you will want to put them on BEFORE you stand the ribs up. Do not wait for the step in the instructions, you will not be able to line the holes up very easily once the structure is up. The cover seems a little thin, and some of the seams don't look like they will hold up very long under stress, but I went with the lighter choice of cover material.
