I'm not a computer guru, and am a long time general user for work and home. Dell has always had a reputation of being the best, but once again I've spent many unpaid hours on the telephone with Dell technical support only to have the same issues. My personal last Dell purchase was 15 years ago and after six-months of phone support not working, Dell sent a tech to my home and replaced the motherboard and CPU. That fixed those issues, but a lot of my unpaid time wasted. Fast forward to 12-2019 and I decided to replace my HP laptop with a Dell. It started with videos flashing off and on, then crashes with many requiring hard restarts. After 7+ hours of Dell support, including a tech home visit to replace the motherboard I've given up. Dell would prefer to wear you down then to replace the crap that they send out from their factory. I just hope that this post saves someone from the aguish, wasted time and money that Dell has put me through. User's recommendation: Choose somewhere with local support and a better warranty policy.
