Not added More points on online grocery shopping
On an earlier phone call last year to a member of your team regarding the same problem I was told that my more points account would be linked to my online groceries order. Sadly no points were ever added since starting to shop online since April last year. This is very frustrating since I have been a regular Morrisons for years and have been spending a considerable amount of money on online grocery delivery throughout last year and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. The last time points were added to this card was in early March 2020 when I last visited my Morrisons store in Haverfordwest. My More card no is 982613****19083**** I have signed up to the more app with my Morrisons online account details but no points have ever been added. I have not been able to contact a member of the helpline staff by phone and am pretty much at my wits end, missing out on very welcome shopping vouchers. Can you please help and resolve this problem?
