Not able to contact customer service for three weeks

i have been sent various letters and messages about GSD not receiving payment from my direct debit arrangement. i had my card skimmed and the bank blocked my card without my knowledge . therefor no direct debits were working. i needed to notify GSD of my new card no. to make payments and after sending messages and calling several times im just left hanging on the line!! SO ANOTHER LETTER ARRIVED LAST WEEK TO ADVISE ME THAT NOW THE ISSUE OF NON PAYMENT IS IN THE HANDS OF A DEBT COLLECTOR. This is very upsetting and i have tried to contact GSD again with same problems. on top of that the product i bought was useless worked like a child's toy and of no real use. User's recommendation: ask on ordering (and by the way uncannily you do get an answer on that no.,to buy something),what is the correct proceedure to call or contact if you need to,after purchase. and report them to apropriate officials if you can not contact them. be sure that you are convinced the product isnt just a stupid gadjet. before purchase . and think think think do you really want to buy anything from this company in the first place...to problematic and products are not up to standard or do what the presenters portray. GOOD LU CK.
