I needed a screw/repair on my glasses that are barely one year old. I am trying to call them to no avail and when I try to "buy" the warranty part, a screw, it says that me email and password are invalid even though I am signed in and showing my previous order. I can't even get a repair for $175 glasses that are 11 months old. What a joke. User's recommendation: Forget about warranty repairs.
